Ok..you are going to feel a bit silly here, but a 1/2' drive ratchet fits right in. The torque specs are pretty low if I remember (something like 17 in/lbs or ft/lbs), but since they are aluminum, it doesn't take much. I always just snugged them up and then tightened them just a little bit more.

There is a thread or sticky in this forum about changing the trans and diff fluids. The info is in there if you want to do a search.

God I wish I would have know about this thread before I did my CV shaft replacement. I broke three breaker bars trying to break these damn bolts loose. I ended up buying a half inch drive breaker bar and that finaly did the trick.
I need a bigger tourque wrench too. I don't know if I got them back on that thight or not.

appreciate it. I'm doing a few things in the next days, and was curious as to how much to tighten everything. I'll just follow those numbers then.

I've been searching for an hour on here and Nasioc and can't find an answer.....

What are the torque specs for the bolts on the input side of the differential. There are four that go up through the bottom, and four on the sides holding the lower bracket. What are the torque specs for these four guys???
