    IMO 18" wheels look too large and will make your "tiny" WRX brakes look even smaller.

    That's like an average guy wearing Magnums. No bueno.

    IMO 9.5" is a bit wide: I'd not go over 9" but the GRs are a bit more tolerant of wide wheels from the perspective of scrub radius.

    See zax told me dont get 18s for this same reason. At first I wasn't so sure if I believed him but I ended up listening to him because of past advice he has given me. Truth be told he was right again I bought 17x9s and put a 255/40 on it and I get wood now because function&form.
