245/40 R18 All Weather Tires with or without wheels for my 2010 STi SE (NE US)

Hey everyone, I need to some all weather tires for my 2010 STi Special Edition for over the winter. I have summer high performance ones on now.

I'd like to get wheels with tires on them (so I have 2 sets), but if the tires are cheap enough I'll take them. My wheel size is 18x8.5.

I can do local pick up within 2 hours of Warminster, PA (Tri-State Area).

You're in Warminster, you don't want all-seasons. You want dedicated winters if you're going to have two sets. Why have mediocre performance when you can have the best for each season?
