Up for sale is an oem STi top mount intercooler off an 05 so will fit 02-07 i believe. took off to do a fmic. in great shape no leaks, a couple bent fins but nothing serious. comes with y-pipe. also have the splitter for WRX scoop, not STI. I believe there is a difference. ill start it off at $300 OBO for the intercooler and y-pipe and 40 obo for splitter. Or will possibly trade for any goodies for my 05 wrx

EJ205 owners: This is a great upgrade for you that only requires a modified y-pipe and silicone extension tubing to adapt to the drive-by-cable TB. Bugeye owners will need to source a different splitter.

EJ255 owners: Even easier... with a VF39 this is a direct bolt-on even with the y-pipe.

    OP, GLWS!

Im all the way down by danbury so the trip for the splitter wouldnt be worth it you know but id be happy to ship it if no one wants to buy both the intercooler and splitter. And zax, thank you for trying to get the word out. If my price for the tmic is too high, let me know. Ive seen them sell for $200-300 so i figured id try to get in that range.

No I believe $300 is an excellent starting point.

Splitter is 40 obo plus shipping, and just fyi, the splitter is a WRX splitter not an sti splitter. i believe theres a difference. I think the WRX splitter will work on both a WRX and STI though. I edited my ad

OK to be clear, if this is a stock WRX splitter, it is sized to fit an OEM WRX TMIC. The STi splitter accommodates larger STi TMIC.

alright, let me check on this then. I just bought the car like i said and the guy gave me extra parts. I know he had the sti tmic on there at some point so if zax is saying you need a sti splitter to go with it, then maybe it is an sti splitter..i just assumed it was the stock one off my wrx. I will see if theres a way to tell and correct my ad. sorry about the confusion guys

Sorry, let me clarify: The WRX splitter will WORK with the STi TMIC, but will not take advantage of the larger core size of TMIC.

Yes. Does the splitter cover the whole area of the intercooler?
