They are OEM so they will bolt up, and plug into the existing wire loom. As for the heated portion, if your WRX/STi didnt come factory with heated mirrors, or the loom doesnt already have a hot wire to power the heated mirrors you can follow this DIY.

Depending on the year of your car it may have come pre wired for the heated mirrors. For instance my 2011 wrx came rewired for the sti blinker mirrors.
