Just wondering, why?
It is probably much more of a pain in the ass and much more expensive, not to mention not as user friendly, as getting a quality aftermarket system.

Aftermarket Navigations may not be equipped with Bluetooth. I know that the Factory NAvigation comes with it.

Other than bluetooth, what are you wanting the navi for? I ask because the navigation part really sucks.
If you are wanting navigation, get an aftermarket one with Garmin (best) or Tom Tom (ok) maps. Most aftermarket units have addon modules for BT, XM/Sirius/HD radio, etc.
