    why didn't why clean the turbo when they "rebuilt it"? It looks disgusting

    The miles are no big deal to me since mine is already skewed from the 04' wrx swap but this cluster is 100% operational correct? No issues whatsoever?

    You cannot. There are ebay kits with seals, etc... but IHI does not have any IHI internal turbo components for sale for their CHRA.
