Looking to jump the rush for winter wheels and hoping to find some gold 16" wheels that will fit my 2011 WRX. What do you guys have? Or even if you have any links to a site. Hoping to keep it between $500 - $1000 (depending on condition, quality).

This one isn't bad, but not sure about the polished rim:

This is proving difficult so I'm thinking about broadening the search to 17" wheels. Love these, but they are really pricey for winter wheels!

Ok I am digging this wheel. Inexpensive.

My only question is Rally Bronze or Gold?

I'm also looking for gold winter wheels for my 11 WRX. I wanted those Drag 33's but after looking at the "See this on my car" idk, I wasn't sold. I think I'm going to go with the DR-34's in gold. They're CHEAP too!

I wanted the DR-9's, but that 17x7 won't fit my 235/45/17 snow tires, but that fail is in my other thread 2011 WRX Winter Wheels - Drag DR-34

I do like the DR-34's as well. Look a lot like the CSL's I had on my 2001 M3. I think I am sold on the simplicity of the 33's, though. At least on WRB. What color is yours?

Then I'm thinking the General Altimax Arctic in 215/50R17

See I also like those because they don't have the machined lip...Ahh I need to see them in real life lol.

Yeah, ideally I'd love some Rota Gravels but they're far too pricey and these remind me of them a bit...

Thing is the Rota Gravel almost look more Bronze than Gold.
So maybe the DR-33's in Bronze?

The more I look at them, the more I like the DR-33's in Rally Bronze. The color is way closer to Rota Gravels than the Gold. I think I'm going to swing by Discount Tire at lunch and see if they can order them for me, or if I should just go through the site.

You could go with the 2002-2004 WRX wheels and paint them gold! Too bad I just got rid of my wheels. Would have parted with them for $20 LOL

Yeah, I started looking for some older 16" WRX wheels I could paint, but people were asking way too much! Wish I would have known you were selling some.

Selling? HA! I ended up gifting them away to get them off my porch
