I have a 02 03 front wagon bumper cover form a Outback that will fit the 02 wrx wagon, I was going to mod it but never got around to performing that so...now i spun a Rod bearing, so im selling parts i had on it... and parts i never got around to installing.. but to answer your question yes i have one. it has a small tear on the under side of the left side about an inch... but its way under and with minor repair you can have it fixed and painted and it will look like brand new. PM me if your down i was asking 125 but will let it go for 100.
