you might get taken more seriously is you actually SPELLED correctly in your title...
"whose" is possessive... "Who have or "who've" is correct
"break" what you do to a bone, a window, or a mirror.
"brake" is what stops your car.
Look into Posi-quiet ceramics for a great street/occasional track pad.
