It doesn't. We didn't have a rule until today. We simply haven't had to deal with somebody trying to sell firearms on our forum yet. Legal or not, we aren't interested in the tremendous liability associated with the selling of firearms on our site. I'm sure there are other places other than a WRX forum which cater to this type of thing. Odds are you will stand a better chance of selling your firearm there anyway.

Actually, there is liability in promoting the sale of firearms on the internet. If you sell through here, technically we are a third party brokering the sale. This is the exact reason why Ebay banned the sales of firearms or ammunition.

Oh, and I gave you a new title.
