How long did you have it installed? Play dvd's? Also, do you have to buy another CD player or does the screen fold down? Just wondering?

My wife is gonna kill me...
How much to add the Ipod adapter?
    $425 with the adapter?

The reason I ask is because of this...
    Kenwood DDX7017 \RB 6.5" Wide In-dash Monitor DVD/WMA/MP3 Receiver
(Thats $550 with a three year warranty, but does not include the Ipod adapter)
Just outta curiosity, whats your reasoning for getting rid of it?

no, the ipod adapter for an additional $80, it is cheaper than buying it new and it will be shipped inside the same box so you will not pay extra shipping.

Alright, $400, you keep the ipod adaptor (I can buy a new one at Best Buy for $29.97)

As long as there are not issues with the unit and the wiring harness is ready to use. Is there a password protection for the first time you start up the unit?
