    FS in PA Cobb AP.

I have a Cobb AP for 06/07 wrx 2.5l that i want to get rid of. It "is" married to my car so you would have to get it unmarried. I would like mostly to do local pickup only but for the right $$ i'll ship it. Please make offers. I was thinking around $500

I may be new to this, but it's my understanding that if you back out the map in your car YOU can "unmarry" the AP.

YOU have to unmarry it from your ECU

if you sell it to someone while it is still married, the buyer will NOT be able to use it on their car.

Yes, you are the one that should unmarry the AP. That will take off whatever map you have loaded on your car and allow someone else to use the Access Port on their car. If you don't do this, the buyer will have to send it to Cobb, pay a fee, and wait for it to come back.

Yeah I already got that part but thanx. I just want someone to buy it haha. At first I thought it had to be done by cobb but if I can save someone the hassle and the money i'd gladly do it myself.
