I don't want to ruin your thread, but... 2 things:
1. the utec isn't really a stand alone (although it technically can be used as one).
2. it will be more than difficult to sell at that price. I've seen utecs sell for as little as $250. Typically they are $350 shipped nowadays.
Look on ebay 2 in the past week went for 625 and 598 but I am asking obo.I have seen a car worth 25000 go for 3000 but that doesn't mean I should sell mine for 3000 know what I mean? Also it is a standalone because it has the capabilities of working off line from any stock ecu. If you call turboXs they will also notify you of the abilities to run anything in a car that makes it a running vehicle which is the technical definition of a standalone ecu.Originally Posted by WRed
