Well, in the last couple days I've cut my finger on a table saw (demolished 1/2 of my nail; required tetanus shot) and curbed the living hell out of one of my rims (bout 4" just on the lip). The finger will heal on it's own, but that curbage is gonna take some time and effort to undo as much as possible. Just felt like I'd make everyone feel smart. [me = farktard]

So who's auto-x'in at the end of the month? I may come down that weekend to look for a place - and would like to spectate.
Don't you bring that weak tot action

well until i get some tires no AutoX for me. i might try my hand at the track in my old front drive Saab....yeah. my bro just picked up a 1990 325is which would be really fun too. we'll see.
as for the whole car washing thing mine is pitiful, and last time i went rallying i used e brake to swing car 180* but forgot the passenger window was down. one second later the dust caught up and blanketed my entire inside. just sitting in different spots about two weeks later i still find areas i've missed in cleaning up

I thought you still had a set of Pirelli's for the daily drive? Why don't you just use those?

the pirellis are just that, daily driving tires, and expensive ones. also like you said, its not my car, hence not my tires. i dont want to abuse the ones my dad pays for too much...
the falkens were quite good until they reached their overall tread loss limit, then you add heat and nothing...wade you know what i mean

okay i have a slight problem maybe with the wrx- after i lift off the throttle there seems to be a slight hesitation before the revs drop. any ideas? i thought the BOV may have somehitng to do with it so i took it off yesterday but still hesitation occurs. any ideas? if i let off at 5k the revs just stay there for a second before dropping...

There's a normal delay when you let off the throttle, is it feeling like it's holding longer than it used to? You might check the throttle linkage, and there was also a recall for the cruise control linkage that you might want to have checked.

well i assume its a longer delay than normal....only casue ive had it forever and just now noticed somethign else.....
throttle linkage- you mean the visible linkage above the engine that visibly moves on the throttle or somewhere else? i'll double check that.

Im going for the v3. It hasnt come in yet tho. I get a pretty good buy on invidia stuff, I wish I had the cash flow to be a vendor on here, its just insanely priced.
