i'm going to the car show on friday, can't wait to see it.

i want to know more about the tranny...has it been improved!????
they should make a wrx spec-b for 2k-3k more with 4pots, 6mt, and summer tires, for around 27k-28k i'd be all over it.

I don't wanna burst your bubble but, when it came down to questions about under the hood, all they gave was very general answer. I tried asking about specific parts in the car (one of such was an uppipe) and they were looking at me like I had 3 eyes. But I got to say they tried... They gave me an answer about the hp and tq, and then I'd ask a diffrent question and then rephrase the hp and tq. It was kinda entertaining seeing how many ways they can repeat the same peice of information.

Id imagine it will atleast have revised ratios to take advantage of the lower torque. The impreza 4EAT will finally have a side gate and revised converter to also take advantage of the lower torque.

Judgind from the pictures I cant believe they took a step backwards and got rid of the 4-pots.

The hatch looks nice except for the front, and the sedan is just ugly.

If you guys want more details, I would just examine the 07 legacy specs. I'll bet the powertrain for the 08 WRX is the same, just a bit detuned.

Is it me or does the front look similar to a toyota or something? They should have stuck with the look of the 07.

You are far, far, far from alone. Although some would say the attractions are within.

They should have stuck with the look of the 07.
Uh Uh. Subaru is in the business of selling cars to the whims of a world market for goodness sake.
