    Yep

As soon as teh Wagon is paid off, it becomes the rally car.

And I will probably buy an STI.

I may be going with something more economical too as my next car. I've had my fun with the Subie.

Yep. Unless I just end up keeping mine. Depends on what they do with the Impreza line / replacements.

    No.

Next car will be either a truck (3/4 ton, diesel), or a hybrid.

The WRX and Z06 will be kept to be the toys.

And my wife loves the WRX, she loves it so much she wants to keep it forever.

I stated maybe at this point. I'm kind of at a cross roads. My car is about max'ed out suspension wise and hp wise for the parts I have. If they come out with a STi Wagon then I'm in for sure. If not then I'll be looking long and hard for a used Cayman-S in a year or two.

Sorry guys I realized that instead of a redirect i had copied 2 of the same threads, so after merging them the topics might seem a little off.

    Team Subaru

    Hi All!

Question is kind of a moot point in my case, haven't owned much of anything _but_ Subarus since . . . well, since the GL wagons first became available in 4X4 in the US . . . '75? '76? Something like that.
No longer have my WRX, but still have an '84 GL wagon, an '85 GL/RX sedan, a '90 Legacy wagon (_my_ daily driver), a '91 Legacy 2.2 Turbo sedan, and an '02 Forester (my wifes ride).
She may well get another Forry when she wears hers out, but I _like_ my ol' Legacy wagon (305K miles), and will probably keep on driving it as long as I can still get parts to keep it on the road. The '84 GL is our ORV, the GL/RX (really cool car, BTW) is my rallycross, and sometimes autocross tool, and the Legacy turbo will be an FSP autocross car once I get the suspension set up to my satisfaction.

while im not ruling out the possibility, my next car probably wont be a subaru.

with gas prices as they are, and subarus not having the luxury of other cars in the class, i will probably be going with another acura the next time around.

    sh-awd > symmetrical awd.

my STi is fun and all...but it creaks and rattles...maybe im just getting old.

the upcoming TL type S has caught my eye. rumored 300hp...with the interior of an acura.

the spec b is still on my radar, however...but i fear its too much like the impreza (as far as build quality/materials is concerned).

Once my life forces me to become a little more responsible, I will probably replace the Wagon Of Fury (tm) with a Legacy Wagon or maybe a Tribeca. I think Im out of the modding game though, except for maybe easy stuff like exhaust and ECU swap.
