Subaru Sales Feb. 2010

February sales 18,098 total sold. Thats +38% over Feb 2009's 13089. for the 2mos YTD Subaru is +33% over 09 with 33,710 vs 25,282.
Much of the gain goes to the redesigned Outback, up a whopping 159% over 2009, the Legacy, and and the continuing success of the Forester. The Impreza is holding it's own, and the Tribeca is limping toward a hoped for yet unknown 5 year 2011 my redesign
Totals for the month: Forester 6315 (+6% over 5978 in 2/09), Outback 6189 (+159% over 2389 in 2/09), Impreza 2804 (-5% 2940 from in 2/09), Legacy 2615 (+95% over 1341 in 2/09), Tribeca 175 (-60% from 441 in 2/09)

don't care for any new ones. even if i had the money i would just buy a used STi. outback is hideous and huge. Forester might as well be sold next to a highlander. Legacy i would put in the ranks of a Camry,look the same too. the Impreza has became a granny mobile while the WRX/STi have slowly ranked to fanboy. none of the owners care for other Subaru guys. if you wave at one they either get pissed and give you a dirty look or put their nose in the sky, and i drive an 07 forester sports daily. more the reason my poorject car is a ej20'd 88 GL with rotated turbo and EMS ECU.

ill agree with that somewhat.. The outback is pretty ugly, and i dont care for the impreza too much as well. But as for the legacy and forester... The forester is probably my favorite of all the subarus, and the legacy is miles ahead of the camry.. Expecially with the cvt transmission, its a very fun car to drive,

The forester is really nice. I really have my eye on a Forester 2.5X Limited. It's got everything I want in a small SUV, plus Subaru's superior AWD, heated seats, heated mirrors, heated wipers. Subaru is the better choice for snow and cold weather. I do want leather, navigation, the works.

I don't want the turbo version as the non-turbo version will be better on gas for around town, long vacations, road trips, etc. Plus you don't have to buy the more expensive high octane fuel. Also I believe non-turbo oil changes etc are 7500 miles instead of 3750 miles like our WRXs.
