    I've actually stopped trying when it comes to training my passengers not to slam the car door. Now, when they go to close the door with concussive force, I reach over and catch the door before it can slam. Slamming doors is one of my biggest pet peeves.

    BTW, that is my old WRX he is talking about. And yes, the doors should be shut in a gentle manner...if not...I may make another 6.5 hr drive..ok 7.5 with out a WRX from Charlotte back to Pittsburgh and take the car back

    Red face Slowing down finally

    Arriving home safe after a near miss one block from home I decided I need to start taking it slow. No need to do something stupid in my neighbor's front yard. I think I've got "the new car has some extra power" out of my system. Need to work on controlled fun.
