    Hey, what's up....

    I am now the proud owner of an Aspen White 2005 WRX. It has the spoiler, security system upgrade, wheel locks, and armrest extension. MSRP $26,270. I got it for $22,940 at Fitzgerald Subaru in Clearwater, Florida. Great deal if you ask me

    First mods are going to be a nice exhaust and the STi short shifter (or similar). Any brand preferences to any of those two items?

    Don't know if it's just my computer, but the first post in a thread is at the end of the thread....why is that?

    Been listening to exhausts....I really like the low rumble of the N1 but would like to stay away from the whole 'fart-can' look......

    As far as short shifters, I had an OBX on a 240sx I used to have and hated it. But then again, what will you get for $70? I want a good, solid SS with a short but firm throw.

    I normally don't like white on vehicles, but it seems most of the cars I've been looking at have been white...Civic Si, RSX, Mustang GT, and the WRX. The only car that I was interested in that wasn't white was the SRT-4....it was Blast Orange

    Obviously, I chose the WRX It may not be quite as quick as the SRT-4 or Mustang(could argue either way), but speed is the only thing the SRT-4 has going for it and the Mustang is A) a Ford, B) hard to find and C) pricey.

    I've been a long-time 240sx/Silvia fan and swore I would never own anything else. Well, look where that got me, lol. Admittedly I'd own another S13 in a heartbeat, but the WRX will always have a large place in my heart.

    not really, they can be Found On Road Dead at every intersection

    The WRX isn't quite as tossable and fun in the corners but is better in every other way. Much more refined and luxurious. Go ahead and get a WRX - you'll love it

    Except I got rid of the arm extension, it hit my funny bone every time I shifted into 2nd gear from 1st.
