    My Introduction

Hey guys, I just bought an '02 WRX the other day and I absolutely love it. I have been searching through the forums here a lot lately and finally decided to make myself known. I have been lucky enought to, so far, find everything that I needed here and I love this site already.

    Here's my new baby:

Mods were already done when I bought the car. I wish I could have done them myself but I got a good deal on the car so I wasn't one to complain.

    Mods:
    Borla Header
    K&N Typhoon Intake
    HKS Up-Pipe replacement
Invidia Turbo-Back exhaust (don't really like much may need replacing)
New ACT stage 1 ceramic clutch
Transmission replaced 9000 miles ago due to torn up 2nd gear. Stronger gears put in.
    GFB Blow Off Valve
GReddy Turbo Timer ready to install but have not done yet
Cusco Front and Rear Sway Bars and soon to be Perrin Rear end links
ViS Carbon Fiber hood painted blue, hood scoop still Carbon Fiber looking.
Possibly transplanting my stereo system from my 1995 Toyota Celica GT (for sale by the way) into it incluiding Sub, Amp, Cap, Head Unit.

The exhaust leads me to my first question. Do any of the cat-back systems come with a Catalyitic converter? The Invidia exhaust completely replaced the 2 cat's in the main exhaust. I want to be semi-legal, so I want to replace this. I installed the Perrin CEL fix today to keep the damn CEL off. Does anybody know what I can do about this, besides getting a whole new Turbo-back exhaust which would be way expensive.

Thanks every one and I'm glad to be here.

BTW: Those are the old license plates, the pics were taken at the person I bought it froms house. I have new ones, so if you are thinking any bad thoughts about my car and theft you are out of luck

Of all the Egyptian god, Anubis was always my favorite. Combined with the miracle of modern 1337ness, he's surely invincible.

No cat back systems come with catalytic converters. All cat backs do is replace the exhaust from the cat back to the rear bumper. If you want a catalytic converter, you'd have to replace the downpipe and/or midpipe with a catted system.
