new guy!! just got my wrx

I just bought my WRX, the down side is it has 83k miles on it and i noticed a puff of smoke on start-up this morning.... I have only had the car 2 weeks and it was down a quart of oil, from the dealership mind you. At first I thought they shorted me a quart from its oil change, but after seeing the smoke puff I think a compression test is in order.

I have had some troubles with the dealership already... The car came with junk tires, they told me it had one owner when in fact there were two, also I found accident damage in the rear quarter that was not reported.

I like my WRX but subaru usa has put a bad taste in my mouth.... any one have any suggestions??
