New to site - what break in?
This looks to be a great site! Man just bought a new 05 STI and what a blast. I've only put 200 miles on the car but can't hold back on the rpm's. I've redlined her a few times - ramifications? BH
welcome, if you want some info on breaking in your car and how other did it search around theres tons of info
read the owners manual and talk to some people. The break in is supposed to be 1000K. With a little self control you should be able to make it there. Do a search. The reason for the break in it so the rings seat proper. So you'll most likely just burn some oil.

Ditto what has been said above, 1000mi, don't go above 4k and have a mix of highway/street. Check your owners manual.
