Car hesitates between 5200 and 5800 rpms, help!

I am new, and I've searched, and the problems I've found seem unrelated. I installed new intercooler hoses and at that exact same time, my car started having this problem.

It is almost fighting itself, like a car that is missing.

I took the intercooler back off, checked EVERYTHING that I replaced except the return hose since it's plugged off due to the Blitz BOV.

Is it possible that I damaged the BOV and it's leaking, how can you check cause my system isn't pressure ready.

The hose kit is on there nice and tight, the fit is right, so I am just lost.

Also, when I just sit and rev it, it doen't do it, just under load preasure, the boost gauge drops from about 14PSI to 13.0 which is a leak, should I put the stock hose back on and see if the problem goes away?

No, CEL, and under normal driving in any other part of the RPM range it doesn't do this.

Well, I reset my ECU, and I think the problem is gone, it isn't AS smooth as before, I also did switch back to the stock intercooler Y pipe, and that didn't fix it, but I did that before the reset.

There were a couple of hoses that came out the inlet tube that weren't clamped, but my friend suggest that it'd have to be after the turbo to generate the problem I am having, thoughts?
