Hi, I'm not exaclty new to ClubWRX. I've been gathering boatloads of information from this site. Every day I want one more and more. I've been saving up since august and I should have a very nice down payment for a 05 WRX by march.

The only other car that I've even considered was the SRT-4. I have been kind of wary about it's winter weather capabillities, since we usually see our fair share of snow here. I am a true believer in AWD because my mom has a 2000 Forester, and it gets around in the snow great, not to mention fun to mess around in.

All in all, I'm very glad to be a member of such a great community; and I'm looking forward to posting more.

all you want about the Escort ... it was one of the more reliable cars I've driven.

I agree, It is a very reliable car. It just doesn't do it for me anymore. It's not exactly a great looking car . I'm also 18 and new car will massage the ole' ego a little.
