bad dealers

I have a engine oil leak in my 2004 WRX engine and after 3 unsuccessful tries to fix it by the dealer, they offered me to buy back the car. But I have to paid another $4200 to get the new model.

Lynnes Subaru/Nissan in New Jersey is a really bad dealer. Does anyone know a good Subaru dealer in New Jersey or New York?

These guys at Lynnes Subaru are really nasty. Told me take it or leave it. Don't care if I will exercise the Lemon law. They say they are already doing me a favor to buy the car back from me. Since they don't make the car they are off the hook. So much for their phony good customer relations.

Their offer differs little, if at all, from you simply trading in your car and buying another one from them. Why get upset if you can simply sue them?...
