just purchased my new baby... a blue 2005 WRX, ive heard rumors of a new tranny, can anyone verify that for me?? also..
different companys that make FMIC kits? i work at a car performance store... owned by a company called Racers Equipment Warehouse... were just about as big as keystone, only we have stores with a more personal basis... but i dont know companys that make the kits for our cars... i called turbonetics.. and they dont make one, they just make a bigger TMIC so companys?? and BOV suggestions please? thannnk you!!
sorry for being a newb! i know it sounds gay, but how else am i supposed to learn? i know i know "search" but if i dont know the company names i really cant!

this might help explain why you aren't getting a lot of feedback on your questions. they have been discussed billions of times.

Take this from someone that learned the hard way & waisted money doing so.
NO on intake
NO on BOV (unless you just want the pssshhhhhhhh)
YES on catless uppipe
YES on downpipe or turbo back exhaust
YES on eng mgnt. ie, Accessport, UTECH, Ecutec............
My first mods were a intake & a BOV & now I don't have either one of them. I sold them for more usefull mods.

someone trade their rfl axleback for my regular turbo xs magnaflow!!!!!
don't worry about upgraded intercoolers and bovs until you have a higher level of mods.
start with uppipe, downpipe, and a utec.
read the enginer performance FAQ at the top toe the engine performance forum.
