hello all,

i just got a "new" 2003 WRX. The color is Platinum Silver. The car had 440 miles on it when i bought it. I paid $20,000 for the car. Does that seem like a good/great deal? After it's paid off, i'll start the mods. anyone suggest what i should consider to do first? i want a STI spoiler and a kit. Should i replace the bumpers or should i buy the add on lips? Thanx for any suggestions.
