95 WRX surging at opertating temp?

    Hi all..
Im not the brightest lad in the world..But Ive got a 95 WRX..(pretty blue)..anyway..once the car starts it idles fine..However upon reaching operating temp(off the gauge) when driving an having to slow down to stop..it surges..sometimes too low that it cuts out..I was thinking maybe coolant sensor problem or Air mass/Flow meter..But if it was the air flow/mass meter wouldnt it surge from the start?..any ideas????

Do u have a Turbo xs bov... ?my car used to do that when i had .. the RFL one.. whenever i reved the engine the rpm would just drop too low and the engine died, cuz the bov piston would just stay open.. that was off the topic. but what i meant is that there could be a vaccum leak.. cuz when the car is cold. the rpm is always higher. and when the temp goes to normal the idle drops.. check the vaccum hoses..
