    Impreza Rs Ecu question..

Hi, i had a small question about my subie. I have 01' impreza rs(auto) and have done a couple of performance changes already. My question is about the ECU . I heard from people and read around the web that you can flash, re-map or just replace the stock ECU to gain better performance. I have looked far and wide to try to get a Piggyback SCU for my model, but appreantly Pggyback ecu or Unichips only start from 2002 Wrx.

I was wondering if i was to get a Piggyback or unichip something along those lines, for 2002 wrx auto and put it in my car, its possible to adjust to that it works on my car... right??????? 8-[ .
Is there any item or part out there that help me unlock the hidden power on my subby?
    Thanks.

Good luck finding your answer on here. They don't like us Rs guys much here. They think the Impreza started in the US with the Wrx. If you wanna find out answers from guys who actually have the car you're talking about go to www.rs25.com
