As of right now here is what I plan to look for when I am reviewing the car before purchase. Please post anything I am missing or not stating right:

Checking out:
The Clutch, to make sure its not TOO easy
The Shifter, to make sure its not TOO flimsey, but not super stiff either.
The paint Job for any color differences
Any big chips or dents
The paint job itself to see if its been repainted
The engine bay for dirt, grease or leaks.
The condition of the interior, no wear
The floor mats for true color
Any marks on the stirring wheel showing wear
The AC works
THe Heat Works
The whippers work
Head Lights
When I drive it, make sure the transmisson handles right and is not jerky
Make sure that there is no delay when shifting
Make sure the car idles correctly and is not hesitant.
When driiving the car and turning making sure the car does not creek, showing issues with the suspension.

Am I missing anything?
