    Finally a subie owner!

Hi, I've been reading on this site for a while and finally picked up a new 2007 WRX Wagon a couple weeks back after years of window shopping. My last car was a '94 accord EX coupe, and that thing was soo boring after owning it for 10 years. Reliable, yes, but not much fun factor. I also have a 2006 YZF-R1 for going insanely fast, but something about a quick car is seems more appealing lately.

So far I'm really happy with the car. The car is awesome and am glad to finally be a part of the club. And the girlfriend likes the car, so it's all that much better.

Now, to sell the R1 for upgrades to the rex or not...

I'm in the same boat as you. I currently drive a '91 Jeep Cherokee that I've owned for 9 years. It has been super reliable, never once has it failed to start or broken down on me. Unfortunately it drives like....well, a Jeep and it has zero modern conveniences (how I yearn for air conditioning and a rear window wiper). I elect to ride my bicycle most places I go because driving my car is just no fun. How sad is that? I have had it; this is why I am currently in the market for a WRX.

Good luck with your search. You'll definetly enjoy driving more with a rex!
