Hey everyone. I am from SE PA. I am doing some research and looking to purchase my first Sti WRX. I just sold my 99' Camaro a few months ago. Looking for something different this time around.

Welcome...STI is the way to go for different...every way in a positive way. The only similarities will be speed (well, if you had a Z28 or SS).

    You'll love the STI

Read everything on this website you possibly can, there are a ton of smart people around who know what they are talking about. Otherwise, welcome and have fun getting an STi! I got a WRX this summer, and love every minute of it.

Cool. Will do. I am trying to absorb as much as I can right now. I used to live on ls1tech.com when I had my Camaro. I did the same thing on there....lurked around a forum, learned as much as possible, bought a Camaro, made it fast, loved it. Hopefully I follow the same footsteps on here.

These are definitely attainable and footsteps are followable here! I was the same way and I absolutely love it here. I've been learning so much and in turn it has allowed me to help others out a bit as well which keeps this community going.

The search feature will be your greatest friend. And the stickied forums as well, all great knowledge. Be sure to check out the pic forums too cause there are some pretty cars in here!

Only advice I can give you...is stay away from BOVs and don't mention the words intake and Warranty...otherwise its a guaranteed flame out or argument envoking topic...hahaha
