    Brand New.

So I'm brand new to this forum.
Sadly enough, I don't have a Subaru yet.

I'm still stuck driving my POS. And by POS I mean Honda Accord.

I'm slowly but surely working my up to bigger and better though. I think I'm pretty sold on the 2.5RS WRX, but I'm still open.
    Any ideas?

    2.5RS?

    Or...

    WRX?

    They are two different cars...

Either way, you can't go wrong cause Subaru's are awesome. I imagine you want the WRX though because of the engine, turbo, and performance...so much better than a NA 2.5 RS

    See?
I'm not too familiar with Subarus at all. I'm geting there though haha.

    WRX for sure.
My friend has the RS, but I'd rather have the turbo than NA.

    True.
It works, and for being bare bones stock, its fairly quick.
(It's amazing how much a tightened throttle cable will do for you)
I'm thinking I'll save the accord, use it as a daily driver.

    ...or not.

4 cyl accord? You'll get better gas mileage out of it pending on how well you've kept up with it. If you already have a good down payment for and eventual Rex, then why not keep it?

Can't go wrong with a Honda, they last. I don't have to tell you or anyone here how dependable they are...

can't go wrong with a Subie either...they are just that much more fun!

    Yup.
    4-banger accord. It's a '95 I believe.
100K+ and still running. I haven't pushed it much, other the occasional fun run down State Street lol.

    I can't wait for a Subie.
I think my pants just got a little bit tight...

No worries. I like my car.
I'm just looking for something with a little more....oomph.
And I'm hoping a rex will do that for me.

    Hahaha, that's what I've heard.
Thing is, I'm still a student, so money is a bit tight.

The other thing is, I've been told that sti's have a problem with their 2nd gear?
I don't know if people just suck at driving them, or what.
