Greetings and welcome to the club!

Did the dealer acutally pull the code for a gas cap? You might want to take it to Autozone. I have read many times here that they will pull OBDII codes for free.

Here is a list of evaporative related codes:

P0442 - Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected
P0447 - Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Open
P0448 - Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Shorted
P0451 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Range/Perf.
P0452 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input
P0453 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor High Input
P0456 - Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small)
P0457 - Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (Fuel Cap)
P0458 - Evap. Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Low
P0459 - Evap. Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit High

Have you tried to reset the ECU? This is easily done by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a few minutes and reconnect. Some people also pump the brake a few times during this as well. This should clear the code. If the code continues to throw a CEL (check engine light) take it back to the dealer.

Check your boost guage connections if you have them. I had one get loose and through a evap code.
