    You must be incredibly strong.

Seriously, congrats and enjoy. Start reading, there's plenty to learn.

lol, yes definitely plenty of reading! My previous car was a 2000 Z28, so I wanted something with a little power, but didn't want the price tag of the STI. (Although, the limited STI looks good, I'm not into all of that flashy stuff)

Anyway, I'm curious how the AWD will handle in New England winters.

It will be MUCH better than any 2 wheel drive car, but the tires are very poor so keep that in mind when you're breaking. You'll find that you won't have as much traction as you expect.

Thanks for the tip. I ran Blizzak ws50's on my Z28; and those tires were amazing! But I'm not planning on running any snow tires on the WRX...

I'd suggest getting winters even on our cars. Just imagine how great AWD + winter grip feels. For now i'm on the stockers... this will be the second winter on them. You'll be fine on them too... just takes some driving adapting. But I really wanna maximize the benefit of the AWD so I'm planning on blizzaks myself next winter.

    Have fun with the rex!

I love this car. My only complaint is rattles; it seems to have more rattles than my 6.5 year old Z28. I hear rattles from the back and from the dash.
