    Just some pics!

Here is a before and after pic of my Sentra. To show what happens when you hit black ice and wrap your car around a tree. I cried for months after I wrecked my car. I sustained multiple injuries b/c I was driving and my seat twisted. My husband and I weren't wearing our seatbelts but the police said my injuries would've been worse had I had it on.

    Before:

    After:

And after a long wait, I now have the WRX. I definitely feel a lot safer in this car.

That Sentra! Good to read all is OK now.

    Welcome to the club!

In almost all cases using seatbelts is best.

welcome to the club and don't get too confident in the wrx it is easy to do. ON ice nothing will have much of a chance even AWD. Just be glad you made it out alive especially since you had no seat belt, majority of deaths in accidents are caused by not wearing one.

I know the WRX isn't 100% but it definitely feels more solid then the Sentra.

I wear my seatbelt for the most part now but yes, not everyone wears one.

Oh yeah it is better by 100% from the Nissan that is for sure but just don't feel like you are invincible like some people do, it can do alot but it isn't a cure all for every situation. YEah unfortunately there are many people who still don't wear it even though yo ucan get a ticket in every state now for not wearing it. It is a habit I learned from the parents ever since I was little, we wouldn't go anywhere till everyone had seatbelts on.
