Make some space! Another 07 STI at the Northern VA

Hello everyone,

I just got my 07 STI last week. It is a dream come true at the age of 36. It definitely worth waiting. I can’t wait to see beyond the first 1000 miles.

She is black with silver rims. I couldn’t get the Limited since I prefer the black. I also like the wing better although it takes way too much attention.

By the way, it seems like people are too aggressive towards me when commuting now. Whoever figures out that I am coming, they speed up and close all corridors that I can sneak in. Does that happen to anybody? I am not an aggressive driver. It is kind of upsetting to receive that much negative attention. Am I being too sensitive?

Beautiful car eh? Too bad I'm getting rid of mine... And the reactions you get in traffic? You'll get used to it. And just to let you know....that guy in the minivan that's creeping up to the line, puts it in neutral just to rev the engine at you and then has to put it back into drive...yeah he wants to race...and so does the old couple in the Buick...and the woman on the sidewalk with the stroller...and the cop directly behind you....and the two asian dudes with the announcer voice coming out of their megaphone...so show em what you can do

Can not be described better.

I used to drive a blue 99 Saab Viggen. It was driving a fairly powerfull car in a stealth mode. Nobody new what kind of a car i was driving. It was fun to confuse m3 or WRX dudes.(Certainly not STIs

)

Since I got the car, I have seen (and definately waived) one brand new silver LTD at 66 around Tysnos and a silver 07 STI towards Potomac Mills. I sure will say hi to you or anybody who is driving one of these beauties. I love being a part of this community. Look for the Gatto Nerro! Cheers!
