    Hi guys wassup, new to the forum and the import scene in general. My boys at Grayson Subaru in Knoxville TN. hooked me up with a pimp steel grey STi. My last car was a Carl Black Blackbird edition T/A, and although it has been a big adjustment from muscle to import, I have to say I am really enjoying my suby (especially up here in the twisties through Deals Gap).

    Deadbolt 20g TD06H 8cm^2, 255lph Walbro, 750cc Deutchwerks injectors, 3 piece UD pulley set, K&N Typhoon, Cobb TBE, Cobb heat shield, one step colder plugs, dyno tuned.

    Glad to hear you are transitioning well. I made the change from a Mach 1 about 2 years ago. Still miss the V8 every now and again.

    Thanks for the welcome guys, glad to be here. I'll try not to ask to many newbie questions about Bov's!!

    I'll def. get some pics up when I can, my digi cam is pretty poor quality, but where I go to drive in Deals Gap, there are several professional photographers (killboy is the best). Last time I went he got some of me going thru, I just need to order a couple from him and shrink the hell out of them they are HUGE!!

    Thanks! Yeah it's a different world waaaayy different. Still can't get over how quiet my car is, I think that is strangest. At first I thought the wing was a little over the top, but it has grown on me and I think it suits the rally car image. I've got the shifting pretty much down now, and the smooth power of the FI boxer is totally intoxicating! I'm actually thinking of getting a personalized tag: 8URV8 ( might need to do alittle modding first tho!! my B-Bird was a beast! )

    I am also trying to make a transition from a muscle car to an STI. I sold my 02 SS camaro a few months ago and have decided to purchase a Subi as a replacement. Any regrets on the switch. I love everything about the car but the back wing.
