It looks ok I guess. I think it would look better if it was an actual flat black, instead of the semi-glossy look of matte black.

I'm pretty sure Skunk2 does alot of their project cars in a flat black. Supposedly it's a custom mixed flat black that they came up with themselves.

Here's the fender of a Civic Si they recently did

I see a point in this if you are going to keep the car till it drops dead. Otherwise it's going to be a b1tch to sell unless you put the "stock" paint back on.

What other mods are you going to go with?

    -tints?
    -black/dark rims?
    -clear out the headlights?
    -darken the taillights?

The only thing that really matters is if YOU like it. Don't pay attention to the testicle challenged. You have a sweet ass ride and if you finish it up right, it will get as many looks as a custom glossy paint job.

You just don't want to have that unfinished look. If you lower it, blacken the wheels, and maybe tint, it will look like your car is supposed to be that way.

hey thanks for all the feedback.

Some like it some dont! I dont think ill be selling this car since its a project car type of deal.

Im getting my windows Tinted this monday (hopefully, depending on how windy it is) and for the time being powdercoat the wheels untill i find rims that would match my car nicely (and or that i really like). And yes black rims is what i was thinking.

Wheel Spacers? Good idea? Ill look into them, and see what i can do And ive been pricing out suspension parts the last couple days and i might go with full coil overs (maybe not...) but we shall see when it comes to my budget in the next few weeks.

Ive seen blacked out headlights and they do look sick. People i know suggested HID's but not sure i want to spend money on headlights.

Yea once you do the accessories it will look mean. Definitely black out or clear the headlights.

See I think that color would look rally cool with some kind of like ghosting around it but I bet people would call rice on that...even though I think it would look sick.

I respect the creativeness and courage, but that just does not look right at all.

So you're calling me a ricer because I like my paint shiny rather than dull?
