    Blinders and Dash lights question

I just bought a 2003 WRX today, and i absolutly love it. I noticed when I hit the blinders, the dashboard lights turn off. I was wondering if that is stock, or a screwed up electrical system?

sounds like maybe a "fogs stay on with high beams" mod or "HID conversion and then back to stock" mod gone bad.

You do know you can dim the dashlights. It's possible someone had them all the way dimmed and once the headlights come on they dim to off.

But i'd agree sounds like a revert back to stock issue.

could also be a gauge uninstall gone bad...you have to tap the "dimming power wire" for the gauge lighting.
