    Is it normal to hear the woosh of air being sucked into the stock intake at 2500-on rpm's? I mean, I understand I'll hear the turbo start to spool (and i love it) but today I noticed the sound of air being sucked in. It a similar sound to when I had an sri on my n/a car where I could hear the air being drawn in. I'm still picking apart the little things of the car since I bought it used. I'm sure the owner took excellent care of it but other people's stuff makes me nervous.

    Sounds normal. I can hear my stock intake from time to time on teh '06 - even with the silencer on.
