    Cool basic questions...

Hey all - new to the site but been reading for a while to learn some stuff - now its my turn to ask some silly questions

I am living in NE Massachusettes by the Ocean. Gets real cold in winter. Planning on buying a WRX Wagon.

Should I wait until August to buy a 2007 model ?
Should I get factory to install STS ?
Should I get factory installed battery and engine block heater ?
    Factory installed remote starter ?

I plan on looking after my car - can I reasonably expect to get 200 k + miles if I look after her ?

Any other items I should consider getting Installed now before I buy as I plan to keep her stock pretty much ?

Appreciate anyone taking the time to answer.

That was a quick response - thanks man.
    I'm looking to buy a new 5 spd manual - I'm English - I know how to drive !
I have so far in life refused to buy a new car because of the amount you loose when driving out of the dealership, but with this particular car I am very dubious about buying 2nd hand.
    So I'm trying to decide.

I'm Chris - nice to meet ya.

what ( in laymans terms) are the big differences in the 2.5 engine? I havent read that it gives any more horses , in fact may be more thirsty no ?
any idea if they will be offering more colours?

i got an engine block heater when i bought mine. it is worth it. the others are up to you man. sts is worth it too. but 07 won't be coming out for a while, it depends on how long you want to wait to get it.
