On a serious note, Make sure all tires are at optimal PSI which is about 35 PSI. This saves some gas. Also take out anything you have laying in your car i.e. college books and other nonsense. Reducing the weight of you overall car will also improve you gas mileage. You can also get lighter wheels like some gram lights. a CF hood and trunk. Also make sure you air filter is clean. That helps alot.

My second suggestion would be to trade in your wrx for a prius if your concerned about gas mileage.

Otherwise , you got to pay to play.

And uh, when you coming out to NYC so we can hang out.?

300 miles on 1 full tank?? I dont know how you could possibly do that here either....I still have my stock airbox with an hks drop in and thats it (completely stock) and I'm lucky to reach 225 miles on a full tank and rarely hitting full boost and not being a lead foot. =(

On my trip to florida and back i got 300 even on a tank but i fugured that 95 mph was the optimal speed for my car

In the city and in traffic turn off your air, dont use cruise control, +1 on tire pressure stay off boost, dont down shift, push your car in heavy traffic Change your oil use syn, clean your maf (a thread on it somewhere around and it helps) dont use the radio

wait using the radio eats mileage? wtf? lol

i dont use AC ( open windows ) I changed to synthetic at 3000miles, i stopped engine braking ( hard habit to break ) I shift at 3k rpm, and i will be getting a K&N filter before long.

i must just be doing something wrong i guess

that makes me bitter. i wanna have fun in the car! lol. isnt that why we bought them? oh well ill just suffer the mileage so i can have some fun.

id like to do that intake silencer delete, think its worthwhile? i live in socal where its ALWAYS dry so water getting in wouldnt be a problem.
