New to site and in search of good wheels

Hey, hi to everone. I'm sure this question has been asked a million and one times, but I couldn't find a thread listing out what are all the good 17 inch wheels to choose from. If there are thread(s) out there, please point them to me.

My car: black '02 WRX Sedan - window tinting, RE730s, and no spoiler

    Here's my requirements:
    1. just as light or lighter than the stock 16 inchers
    2. black/anthracite that won't chip away (should look good with the black car and tint job)
    3. I don't do autocrossing, but I do want to try it several times, though I don't see myself doing it full time or needing to buy parts sturdy enough to support it full time.
    4. be just as sturdy as the 16 inchers so I don't have to worry about bending/cracking the wheel if I go over a bump hard or over a pothole (though, potholes don't really exist in Austin, but there are plenty of crazy bumps).

I do enjoy spirited driving (whipping around on on/off ramps with no one in front).
I'm price concsious in that I'll pay more for a better wheel, but not an outrageous amount.

Yes definitely check out ROTA's. They make good wheels that are replica's of more expensive forged wheels. No one really seems to have issues with them either, and most 17" will be lighter than stock.

Thanks for the welcome and info, oh btw, how are the ssr wheels? I've heard good things about them and that they are cheaper than the traditionally forged wheels.
