Let's look at the brightside of this issue, he already had the BOV before he made his post. And to counter the diminished perfomance of his vehicle caused by the BOV, he is getting stickers, from rollcall, which add so much hp so that any lost by the BOV is negligible.

There seems to have been a few new folks here recently that have used their first post to announce that their WRX's are highly modified, though they only have a BOV, CAI, or other inconsequential mod. Saying that to an audience consisting of folks that have turbo/injector upgrades and tuned cars comes across kinda funny. You said that your car is a sleeper in your first post of the thread...for me that carries the implication that you have real power under the hood, and an understated exterior. Sorry if I misunderstood.

FIRST OF ALL, to clear some up some apparent "confusion" in this thread:

SECOND OF ALL, I don't think any of y'all have any right to tell him what he should/should not do with his car. He's not talking about putting a park bench wing on or Fast&Furious decals. Just a few stickers, etc. Who knows, it may actually look NICE when it's done!!! Plenty of members on here have stickers, cleared taillights, all kind of crazy stuff done to their cars! Some even borderline rice. But y'all are being pretty judgemental IMO. Furthermore, yes the BOV is bad. We tell people ALL the time. But they continue to get them. As long as it's a recirculating one then fine. Some people will throw down $200 for a kazoo. So be it. But I think some of you are jumping on this fellow member's ass a little prematurely. His vision could turn out to be pretty cool, we'll just have to wait and see.

Everybody has different tastes/opinions/likes. And personally, I like the world better that way!

Mellow out Heather. I gave my opinion on what I though of his car and what has already been done to it. If Redsubie doesn't like what I have to say, he can flip me the finger after he reads my post and tell me how stupid I am. Some people would probably tell me all of the things that is wrong with my car (LOWER IT!) but in the end I know it is MY car and I will do what I want to it. I still appreciate the feedback from all of my ClubWRX peeps.
