    Just bought one today!

Hey guys new to the site here but I just picked up my new '06 today off the lot. It is a Blue 5 speed WRX TR. Only options were automirror and mats Just graduated college and figured a new car would be perfect.

So far I'm really loving the wrx, very nice response and handling, trying not to go above 4k right now but its tempting! My old car was a '00 Ford ZX2 Auto so this is a huge step up!

Subaru of Schaumburg does it again!!!!

Be careful with Schaumburg. They seem to have a bad rep.

    Nice Pics!!!!!

Ouch yeah I read that story earlier before I went shopping...I only went to schaumburg because they were close and they had the car at a unbelievable deal!

Ok now a WRX question, there are a few different cat-back systems for this car, any reccomended ones?

Personal Fav. HKS Carbon Fiber Ti Exhaust. I had that on my car and it was amazing. I loved it.

Congrats on the new rex. Im about a 1000 miles over my breakin period so I know how hard it is to stay within those limits.

Personally Im a huge fan of the Cobb catback, as it sounds good and doesn't look obnoxious.

I bought my car used with a Tanabe Racing Medallion on it, and I would say its on the loud side. I would prefer an exhaust that fits up under the car where the stock one does. Unfortunately the HKS full power is the same, they come out at at angle and I am not a fan. Most twin tips sound good, but regardless of what you get you wont be disappointed, and you sound far from a ricer, even with the big tip exhausts.
