It would be pretty hard to make a WRX sound like crap. What style and loudness are you looking for?

imo, I just installed the Greddy sp2 and like it alot. I like exhausts that are daily driver friendly and won't attract cops. The tip is a little bigger than I thought, but it sounds so nice and is pretty quiet at cruising speeds.

If you want loud and the jdm style type exhaust I would a Helix catback.

Even upgrading just the muffler to a free flowing Magnaflow gave me a nice low tone that sounds just a little louder than stock.

same here. Mine is completely catless too and its not loud at all and no rasp I love the afterfire every once in awhile as well when i get on it.

But, you should check out the sound clips and hear for yourself and get an idea of what they sound like. Everyone is going to be pretty partial to their exhaust since most people will usually only own one.

Be careful if you live in California. Very strict exhaust laws.
