My New 2015 Subaru WRX STi in Galaxy Blue Pearl

Traded in my DGM 2013 WRX Premium Sedan and picked up my new STi yesterday. Ordered a month ago and had an ETA of last week of September, but one was coming into Portland with the right equipment (GBP base with the short-throw) so they snagged it for me. Car is unbelievable! Loving every minute of it. Did a mini photo shoot today. Here's some pics!

Happy for you! If I could have afforded the STI, I totally would have gotten one. They look so mean with the wing, led lights, and larger wheels. Seems rare to see one in the galaxy blue pearl.

Looks awesome, man! How was your experience at Chaplins? I ordered my Limited WRX (GBP, with H/K and short throw) from Carter's in Shoreline in June, and looks like it'll be delivered sometime in August (after saying originally it was supposed to be October).

Also, great pics! Where is that?

Chaplin's is great. Bought my '13 rex there. Gave me good deals for both and super easy buying experience. Scaarf, Eastside, and Walker's were pretty terrible. Didn't go to Carter as I'm on the Eastside.

Pics were taken at Marymoor Park in Redmond.

So is the new STI really worth the switch?

Was your WRX modded at all?

I traded my 2013 wrx in for a 2015 sti and it is a night and day difference.. My opinion is the suspension is the biggest difference.

Well considering i've probably dropped over 7K in parts on my 2013, it would be very hard to make the switch and lose all that money!

I'd love to test drive one, but that's probably not gonna happen...

It was straight stock. It never felt lacking for power. It just had a bit too much body roll and just wasn't as sharp as I liked. The new STi is not for everyone. It's extremely stiff and not as comfortable as an every day driver. For me, it's everything I wanted. It's a true sports car.
