    2015 WRX exhaust upgrade?

    Hello,

I'm sure someone on here has already talked or asked about whether or not the STI exhaust upgrade on the regular WRX is worth the money or not.
I'm not the type to get an aftermarket exhaust because I like keeping things factory, so before everyone recommends exhaust brands, just know that I'm only interested in either the stock exhaust or the upgrade sti exhaust.
I'm ordering a car seeing how they don't have any with navigation/sound system around here, so figured it might be worth getting the exhaust upgrade out of the way if I'm going to do it.
Anyone have experience or have the Sti exhaust?

    ~Josh

I think he's talking about the factory optioned sti/spt exhaust. I've read good things about the upgraded exhaust on the WRX, but bad things about the upgraded exhaust on the STI. Apparently there is drone when people with the STIs get the factory upgraded exhaust, but no complaints with the WRX. I'm not sure how many people on this forum have gotten it, but there are a couple examples on youtube and nasioc that you can check out.

This guy has it on the WRX with CVT: Bellipotens exhaust

If you talking about the SPT catback, I wouldn't bother. It's not going to make any measurable difference in performance, and there are better sounding aftermarket exhausts for less money.

Definitely not you. Honestly, I've cringed at every 2015 exhaust I've heard. I've kinda gotten on board with the looks, but I could not handle that

Personally, I despise the exhaust note of the classic WRX and STi.
2015 CWP WRX STi ... But how did I get roped back into an EJ motor?!

Really? I know it's no glorious V12, but I like that it sounds different from other 4 cylinders'. If you hear one coming, there's no mistaking what it is. It's definitely unique.
